I am one of the few people not watching (or interested in watching) Torchwood. I have seen more Pretender though, and here are my reactions to the next three episodes, or more exactly, two and a bit.

I really should post these the day after I watch them, because my memory gets a bit hazy on details, especially if I've seen more episodes since these. I shall try to remember my reactions at the time. :-)

I didn't much like the last ep, but this one was awesome, which more than made up for it.

I suspect there's some sort of unwritten rule that every US series has to have a Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Valentine's Day ep. I've actually enjoyed all the other Pretender holiday eps (unusually for me), but this one was underwhelming.

This ep was one of the French ones (subtitles for everything but, weirdly, dialogue unless that's turned off), but the credits seem to have gone back to the old music and scenes. I liked the faster, more actiony ones.
